Need a Raise?
When I was working at my old job, we had an annually review of our progress. Whenever this day came around we always asked this question “are we getting a raise?” and we got this answer “Be thankful you got a job”. Oh man do I remember those days. Being employed was degrading but at least you had a job. You could count on that paycheck for food or like to go out and have fun. The moaning mob is the unemployed. Yeah that’s me on the left hand corner of the picture. I actually drew when I was at work for my co-worker. The irony is outstanding, the same day I finished I get let go =P. At the time unemployment in new york was at a all time high so I thought to myself, “well at least it makes sense..let go the one guy that does everything here pfft”. -
Questioned
I was reading an article on a military guy that did question the events of 911. I think he got thrown into a psychiatric ward. I just had to draw this. This was my first comic strip I got completed after I got let go from my old job. Humble beginnings..
